Timothy Scott

Sales Graduate

"...Heinz greatest attribute is its structure which exposes me to key decision makers and senior personnel on a daily basis..."

Since joining Heinz as a Sales Graduate my position has been as a Customer Insight Analyst on the Tesco account team. I work across categories to transform market data in to tactical insight and communicate to the Customer Marketing Manager, the team and to Tesco key personnel.

In addition to my day job I am involved with a number of different projects that involve cross-functional teams in sales and marketing, for example category thought leadership presentations, and the wider business, such as working to develop an integrated sales tracking model. My exposure to different departments and key senior personnel has maximised my visibility within the organisation.

I have received training to support my professional development as well as empowerment and responsibility to build and strengthen relationships with Tesco key personnel. My Line Manager and I meet on a regular basis to discuss development areas which ensures that I am always taking my professional career to the next level and beyond.

Heinz creates an atmosphere of support for its people, but perhaps Heinz greatest attribute is its structure which exposes me to key decision makers and senior personnel on a daily basis, something that I know will prove invaluable to my development as I progress in my professional career.
